At MyWellDwell, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that issues may arise, and we are here to help! Below is our policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges, designed to make the process simple and clear for you.

Lost or Missing Orders

If you experience any of the following issues, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Delivery Failure:
  • If your package was marked as delivered but could not be claimed (due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unknown recipient, or lack of contact details), the parcel may be returned to the processing center. We can arrange a second delivery attempt for a fee of $15 per parcel. You will need to provide updated contact information or a corrected address within the same country.
  • Please note, if the second delivery attempt fails, the order will be closed, and the parcel discarded.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages:
    • If the parcel is marked as delivered but was not received, please provide proof of your claim (e.g., a note or screenshot confirming the issue).
    • If an item was missing or incorrect in your package, please send a photo of all received items, including the shipping label, to our support team.
      We will either reship the item at no extra cost or process a refund once the case is verified.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly refund your purchase (including shipping costs) or arrange a replacement. Please submit a request within 7 days of delivery, including the following:

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect.
  • The shipping label and barcode from the package.

Long Shipping Times

If your order shipped and arrives 30+ days later than the estimated delivery time, you are eligible for a full refund or a reshipment. Please contact us with your order details.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing their original packaging.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund, return, or reshipment, please contact us at Support@MyWellDwell.com with the following:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A detailed explanation of the issue.
  3. Supporting evidence such as photos, videos, or proof of refund to your customer (if applicable).

Refund Process

Once your return or refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
